Finding a jersey

Start a Hunt with every detail you know: player, team, season, edition, and size. GrailScout searches supported sources and keeps monitoring saved Hunts for new matches.

Listing or purchase issue

GrailScout organizes third-party listings but does not sell or ship jerseys. For payment, delivery, returns, or an item dispute, contact the seller shown on the listing.

GrailScout Pro

Use Restore Purchases in the app if Pro is missing. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under Apple Account > Subscriptions. Request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Notifications

Open iOS Settings > Notifications > GrailScout to allow alerts. Keep a Hunt or target alert active so GrailScout can notify you about promising matches and price changes.

Authenticity signals

Authenticity, rarity, and price guidance are automated estimates, not guarantees. Review seller history, listing details, and product photos before buying.

Delete your account

Open Locker, select your profile, and choose Delete account. You can also email support from the address connected to the account for help with deletion.
