These terms are an agreement between you and Rekishi LLC covering your use of the GrailScout app and service. By using GrailScout you agree to them.
What GrailScout is
GrailScout finds sports jersey listings across marketplaces and retailers, tracks prices, and sends alerts. Listings are sold by third parties; GrailScout is not a marketplace, does not sell jerseys, and is not a party to any purchase you make.
Authenticity signals are estimates, not authentication
Confidence scores, price-sanity labels, counterfeit-risk cautions, and similar signals are automated estimates from listing text, seller history, and market prices. They are provided to help you judge listings - they are not a guarantee that any item is genuine, correctly described, or fairly priced. Always verify items and sellers yourself before buying. Rekishi LLC is not responsible for purchases you make from third-party sellers.
GrailScout Pro subscriptions
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple account (monthly or yearly).
- Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
- Pro features (such as real-time hunt monitoring cadence and limits) may evolve; we will not materially reduce what an active subscription provides mid-period.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no scraping the API beyond normal app use, no attempting to access other users' data, and no use of the service for unlawful purposes.
Availability and changes
GrailScout depends on third-party marketplaces and data sources that can change or rate-limit without notice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features, and we will do our best to communicate meaningful changes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekishi LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party listings, purchases, or data sources. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
